The Thunder Catalyst Re-Gen T-II Trucks - 148 bring the Catalyst treatment to Thunder's updated T-II truck platform. The T-II represents an evolution of Thunder's familiar geometry, designed to increase responsiveness while retaining the stability and control the brand's trucks are known for.

The T-II uses updated turning geometry and a taller axle height, along with a redesigned baseplate and reinforced hanger construction. The result is intended to provide more turn response than the standard Thunder platform while maintaining solid stability underfoot.

Thunder introduced the new T-II with team riders including Nick Michel, Nora Vasconcellos, Joseph Campos, Chris Athans, Kasci Woolf, Jake Anderson and Gage Boyle, confirming this as a new team-tested truck platform rather than a cosmetic update to the original Thunder design.

The 148 corresponds to an 8.25-inch axle, making it a strong match for decks centred around 8.25 inches wide.
