Returns & Warranty


Purchases made in-store:  Exchanges/credit within 14 days.  Full refunds on regular priced items within 7 days.  Discounted items are eligible for exchange only.  Clearance items are final sale! No returns on skateboard hard goods.  All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging.  Original receipt required.

Christmas policy:  Any item purchased between Nov 15th to Dec 17th may be exchanged only between Dec 28th to Jan 03rd.  Between Dec 18th to Dec 24th any regular priced item qualifies for a full refund up until Jan 03rd.  Any items that were discounted or past the full refund date are eligible for an exchange up to 14 days from the purchase date.  No returns or exchanges will be processed on Dec 26th and 27th with no exceptions.  Any clearance item purchased is final sale.   All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging.  Original receipt required.

Online purchases:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the brand new product for a full refund by simply requesting a Return Authorization number(RA#) within 7 days of receiving your order.  After 7 days and up to 14 days you will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note. If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product and request a replacement size.  No returns on skateboard hard goods.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective out of the box or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please email us at to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, the Switch Skate & Snow cannot accept your returned product.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Switch Skate & Snow does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Switch Skate & Snow. All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging.  

No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance/Sale Items unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occurred processing your order.

Online Chirstmas Policy: Any item purchased from Dec 01st to Dec 24th has until Jan 03rd to request an Return Authorization. All other policies the same as above.

When sending the product back please ensure the Return Authoriztion # that you were given is on the outside of the package.

You are also able to drop off the package at the above location to avoid shipping costs, however, the store can only accept your box. They can not process returns on the spot or answer any questions regarding the online part of our store. Please do not hesitate to contact us online. Packages dropped off in-store are still required to be packaged and have the Return Authorization # on the outside.

All products sold in-store and on our site are covered by the manufacturer warranty.  Every brand/item in the store has a different warranty process. If you have questions concerning the warranty on an item or on an item you wish to purchase please email
Switch Skate & Snow does not independently warranty any of our products except for Switch Skate & Snow Authentic Goods Clothing and Skateboards.  Warranties are approved by the Manufacturer themselves and not by Switch Skate & Snow. Additional questions concerning the processing of your claim can be directed to The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranties. 
When submitting your warranty request to please be sure to include pictures of the defective part of the product.
