Switch Skate & Snow ships via all major shipping companies including UPS, PUROLATOR, CANPAR, FEDEX AND ICS.  We only use Canada Post for PO Boxes.

Deliveries within Canada:
$1.00 - $99.99 (before tax) $10.00 CAD
$100.00 - and over (before tax) FREE SHIPPING

*Flat rate shipping is not available for deliveries to the Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories. Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs upon receipt of your order and you will be notified via email. For questions, please contact our Customer Service Desk at: 1-905-426-3321

Deliveries to the U.S.: SOME BRANDS CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO THE U.S.

AS OF SEPTEMBER 19TH 2025 WE HAVE HAD TO REMOVE THE UNITED STATES AS A SHIPPING ZONE ON OUR WEBSITE.  This is due to the Tariffs.  Even though our policies clearly state that the customer is responsible for the fees we are having non stop customer issues.  Customers are not happy they are being charged these fees which have nothing to do with our store.  They are being charged by the US government to the customer.  Switch has nothing to do with this and does not recieve any of this money. The amount of issues this has caused our small business is simply not fair so we have had to make the decision to stop shipping to the US for the meantime until things are resolved. 

If you would like to place an order from the US you need to email us and fill out additional paperwork accepting the duties and tariffs as your responsibility.  Our email is mike@switchnow.ca

FREE Shipping does not apply to orders being delivered outside of Canada.

Customs/Brokerage Charges
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered. The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees.  In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.



Order Processing & Ship Times:
Received: All orders are reviewed by our Customer Service department the next business day (Monday through Friday).
Processed: If all of the items ordered are available and in-stock, Customer Service will process your order and prepare it for shipping, generally within 5 business days of receiving your order. However, if your items are not in-stock or immediately available at the time of your order they will need to be transferred in from our retail locations which could add up to 5-10 additional business days to your delivery.
Payment: Your credit card will be charged at time of order submission.
Shipped: You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery of your order. A tracking number will be provided to you.

International Deliveries:
Regretfully, due to high international shipping rates, Switch Skate & Snow does not ship outside of Canada and the US 


Taxes:
All shipments in Canada will be charged the sales tax of the province where the ship to address is located.
