Refund policy
Purchases made in-store: Exchanges/credit within 14 days. Full refunds on regular priced items within 7 days. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only. Clearance items are final sale! No returns on skateboard hard goods. All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging. Original receipt required.
Christmas policy: Any item purchased between Nov 15th to Dec 17th may be exchanged only between Dec 28th to Jan 03rd. Between Dec 18th to Dec 24th any regular priced item qualifies for a full refund up until Jan 03rd. Any items that were discounted or past the full refund date are eligible for an exchange up to 14 days from the purchase date. No returns or exchanges will be processed on Dec 26th and 27th with no exceptions. Any clearance item purchased is final sale. All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging. Original receipt required.
Online purchases: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the brand new product for a full refund by simply requesting a Return Authorization number(RA#) within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days and up to 14 days you will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note. If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product and request a replacement size. No returns on skateboard hard goods. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective out of the box or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please email us at info@switchnow.ca to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, the Switch Skate & Snow cannot accept your returned product.
With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Switch Skate & Snow does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Switch Skate & Snow. All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with all tags and in its original packaging.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance/Sale Items unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occurred processing your order.
