The Spitfire x April Sapphire Wheels - 56mm 90D bring the smooth-riding construction of Spitfire's Sapphire platform together with April Skateboards collaboration graphics. Built as a softer alternative to traditional hard skate wheels, Sapphires are designed for riders who want more comfort over rough pavement without giving up speed and a performance-oriented wheel construction.

The Sapphire's standout feature is its dual-durometer construction. A soft 90D clear urethane riding surface is bonded to a harder 101D Formula Four inner core. The softer outer urethane helps absorb vibration and smooth out cracks and rough ground, while the Formula Four core provides a firm foundation designed to maintain speed and responsiveness.

Spitfire uses its Radial shape for the Sapphire, giving the wheel a broad, rounded profile suited to cruising and everyday skating. At 56mm, there's enough diameter to maintain momentum and roll more confidently over imperfect pavement, making this a versatile option for transportation, rougher street spots and riders looking for a smoother setup.

The translucent Sapphire construction also allows the internal Spitfire Bighead graphic to show through the wheel, giving the design a distinctive layered appearance.
