Smith 2027 Squad Contour Goggle - Black ChromaPop Pro Photochromic Red Mirror

The Smith Squad GA Snowboard Goggles in Black with ChromaPop™ Pro Photochromic Red Mirror combine the Squad's wide cylindrical field of view with Low Bridge Fit and a single adaptive lens designed to handle a broad range of mountain light.

Previously identified by Smith as GA Fit, Low Bridge Fit is designed to better accommodate faces with a lower nose bridge and/or wider or higher cheekbones.

The ChromaPop™ Pro Photochromic Red Mirror lens automatically adjusts its tint as available light changes. Its broad 55%–16% visible light transmission range spans Category 1 through Category 3, allowing the same lens to work from cloudy and lower-light conditions through bright sunshine.

Smith's Pro Photochromic technology combines ChromaPop™ colour and contrast enhancement with a winter-specific photochromic formulation. The lens responds to visible and UV light rather than temperature, allowing it to continue adapting effectively in freezing conditions.

Because this Pro Photochromic lens covers such a wide light range, this model is supplied as a 1 CP package with one ChromaPop™ Pro Photochromic lens rather than a traditional two-lens setup.

The Squad uses an oversized cylindrical Carbonic-x lens for optical clarity and impact resistance. Built-in Airflow ventilation encourages air movement through the goggle, while a Fog-X anti-fog inner lens helps maintain clear visibility throughout the day.

The Responsive Fit™ frame adapts to facial contours for a precise fit, while three-layer DriWix face foam wicks moisture and provides comfortable contact against the face. An ultra-wide silicone-backed strap helps keep the goggles securely positioned with a helmet.
